Oh, and if you’re wondering about the image of the roast pig, this year is the year of the pig, not only that, it’s the year of the GOLDEN pig, which only comes about every 60 years. This little one was part of the celebration "Tet" dinner at one of my manufacturers Tet New Year (Chinese New Year) parties in Vietnam, tasted delicious... Perhaps I should rename this the "HOG BLOG", or perhaps that would be too cheesy...
